References (full character art, photos, picrews, etc) must be provided or concept art will be charged.

If you need any specific pose or element but there isn’t any reference available, a stick figure or quick doodle is completely OK and highly recommended!

Do not pass other people’s characters as yours. If I find out you are using a design that isn’t yours without permission, I will decline the commission automatically.

Please, be sure to know the ToS of the page you are using to upload the commission beforehand. If you ask for emotes for Twitch, know their rules/conditions for emotes. I may know a few, but I can't know everything from every site.

Also, please, let me know if the commission is going to be printed or just online in order to send you the right file.

The commissions' price in my web have no taxes added. If you're in need of an invoice, the price will be increased in accordance with current legislation.

If all current slots are filled, you can request to be placed into a waitlist.

By ordering a commission and sending payment, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Communication will be handled via email unless the artist has agreed to communicate via another platform beforehand.

You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.

A tiny signature will always remain on the artwork.

The artist reserves the right to decline any commission for any reason.

The artist reserves the right to decline and cancel any petition if you have been proved troublesome in any way to me or other artists.

By agreeing to these terms of service, you promise not to request any Paypal chargeback.

The final work is for personal use only.

The client may not sell the artwork in any form. NFTs are NOT allowed. Nor the use for AI.

The artist retains the creative rights to the artwork. This includes: using the artwork as a portfolio piece, promocional content or published material in general. (*)

The client may not alter the commissioned piece.

Proper credit must be given to the artist in case the artwork is used or published online.

Payment will be made through Paypal invoices and in euros.

Payment with credit card will be only available on Ko-fi.

The payment will be made upfront, but there is the option of partial payment, 50% before I start the artwork and 50% before I send the final artwork. Let me know you preferred option when you contact me.

All rates are base price for one character. The final agreement on the price will be discussed based on the particular attributes of your order.

Cost goes up from base price in the following cases:

I will try to finish your commission ASAP, however, please be patient with me. The estimated waiting time is 1~3 weeks from the moment I start working on the artwork.

I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the artwork.

If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date, it may be charged with an extra fee, due to giving it priority.

During the sketch stage, the client may request up to three major revisions (this includes major outfit changes, pose changes, background, or anything that involves redrawing most of the artwork). After the 3rd change, I have the right to charge you an extra fee per change.

Once the artwork is past the sketching stage, minor changes can be done for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details. Any bigger changes will come with an extra fee.

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on your commission. Once I have started the sketch, I can refund 30% of payment (there will be no refunds if the payment has been made partially). Once the sketch stage is past, there will be no refunds.

If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

Also note that you will be blocked and won’t be able to purchase anything from me anymore, and your username and details about the case will be publicy posted for others to watch out.

These are the only commissions I make in a completely realistic style.

Portraits are the only available option.

They will be always based in a photo. You need to send me the photo you want me to draw.

I will NOT be creating nor drawing anything from zero, I'll be drawing the picture you send me.

It is a mixed technique, I'll draw the lines in digital and do the watercolor traditionally.

Once you give the OK to the lines, you can tell me which color/tones you prefer for the watercolors.

I can add a little embellishment (like a flower) to the work.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, you'll only receive the digital archive like the rest of the commissions.

Se facilitarán referencias del personaje (arte del personaje completo, fotos, picrews, etc.) o se aplicará un cargo extra por trabajo de diseño.

Si necesitas o quieres alguna pose en específico o algún elemento pero no hay ninguna referencia disponible, un dibujo de palos o boceto rápido es completamente aceptable (¡y recomendado!).

No hagas pasar personajes de otra gente por tuyos. Si me doy cuenta de que estás utilizando un diseño que no es tuyo sin permiso, rechazaré tu encargo automáticamente.

Por favor, ten claro los TdS de la página/sitio web que vas a usar antes de hacer el encargo. Si encargas emotes de twitch, conoce las condiciones y reglas que aplican para los emotes. Puedo conocer alguna regla, pero no puedo conocer todo de cada sitio.

En adición, por favor, hazme saber si el encargo va a ser solo para ver online o para ser impreso, de manera que pueda enviarte el archivo correspondiente.

Ten claro qué tipo de estilo quieres antes de pedir el encargo. Si tienes cualquier duda, contáctame via email.

El precio de los encargos en mi web no tiene impuestos añadidos. Si necesitas una factura, el precio se incrementará de acuerdo a la legislación actual.

Si todos los huecos están ocupados, puedes pedir ser añadido a la lista de espera.

Al pedir un encargo y enviar el pago, aceptas estos términos de servicio.

El artista se reserva el derecho de rechazar y cancelar cualquier petición si se ha demostrado que has sido problemático de cualquier forma para mí u otros artistas.

Aceptando estos términos de servicio, prometes no pedir ninguna devolución por Paypal.

El trabajo final es para uso personal solamente.

El cliente no venderá el trabajo de ninguna manera. Los NFTs NO están permitidos, ni el uso para IA.

El artista mantiene los derechos creativos de la pieza. Esto incluye: usar el trabajo como parte de portfolio, contenido promocional o material publicado en general. (*)

El cliente no alterará la pieza encargada.

Se debe dar el debido crédito al artista en caso de que el trabajo sea usado o publicado online.

El pago con tarjeta sólo está disponible a través de Ko-fi.

El pago se hará de una vez, pero hay una opción de pago parcial, 50% antes de comenzar y el 50% restante antes de enviar el archivo con el arte final. Hazme saber qué opción prefieres cuando me contactes.

Todos los precios están establecidos como precio base de un solo personaje. El precio final dependerá de los atributos particulares de cada encargo.

El precio base aumenta en los siguientes casos:

Intentaré terminar el encargo lo más pronto posible, pero por favor, ten paciencia. El tiempo estimado de espera es entre 1 y 3 semanas desde el momento que comienzo a trabajar en el encargo.

Te informaré en caso de que suceda algo y haya un retraso con el encargo.

Si necesitas tener el encargo terminado para una fecha concreta, puede añadirse un coste extra, debido a que le daré prioridad.

Durante la fase del boceto, el cliente puede pedir hasta tres cambios significantes (esto incluye cambiar la mayoría del vestuario, cambios de pose, fondo o cualquier cosa que incluya rehacer la mayor parte del dibujo). Después del 3er cambio, tengo derecho a cobrar un extra por cambio.

Una vez que el encargo haya pasado la fase de boceto, será gratis hacer cambios menores como ajustes de color y/o añadir pequeños detalles. Cualquier cambio mayor que eso tendrá un cargo extra.

Puedo devolver el 100% del pago sólo si no he empezado a trabajar en tu encargo. Una vez que he comenzado el boceto, puedo devolver un 30% del pago (no habrá reembolso si el pago ha sido parcial). Una vez pasada la fase del boceto, no se harán reembolsos.

Si realizas un contracargo contra mí en Paypal, tus derechos sobre cualquier cosa que haya hecho para ti serán retirados y adquiero el derecho de vender el trabajo a nuevos compradores.

También ten en cuenta que serás bloqueado y no podrás comprar nada de mí nunca más, y tu nombre de usuario y datos sobre el caso serán publicados para advertir a otros artistas.

Son el único tipo de encargo que hago con un estilo completamente realista.

Para esta opción solo están disponibles los retratos.

Siempre estarán basados en una fotografía. Necesitas mandarme la fotografía que quieres que dibuje.

NO voy a crear ni dibujar nada desde cero, dibujaré la fotografía que me mandes.

Esta opción es de técnica mixta, las líneas serán en digital y las acuarelas con técnica tradicional.

Puedo añadir pequeños detalles al encargo, como una flor.

Salvo que hayamos acordado otra cosa, sólo recibirás un archivo digital como en el resto de los encargos.
